In this article, we will see the steps to apply the custom field you’ve created in the buy and sell tab.

To apply the custom fields to your bill/quote/order/invoice documents:

  1. Go to the respective Module in Sales and purchase Tab (Quote, Invoice, Order, Bill).
  2. When creating the Quote/Invoice/Order/Bill page, fill in the specific fields such as contact, products, the date the document is issued, the due date, discount rates, etc.

3. Next, click on the +Add field button. A pop-up will appear and you can create the custom field according to your requirement.

4.  Click on the Save button.

5. You can go to the settings and under custom fields module you can see all the custom fields created.
