In this Form, the manager needs to enter the details of the total number of vacancies, total number of men and women working, and manpower shortages.
It is good to note that all Human Resource/ Factory/ Personnel Managers working in the Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir must furnish Form ER-I on or before 15th July 2022, October 2022, and January 2023.
