Frequently Asked Questions

Can I uncheck activities that are marked as completed?
Yes, definitely. If you have accidentally marked an activity as completed, you can always edit the activity’s status to pending.
Can I edit or delete an existing activity?
Yes, you can edit the activity that you have created. Make changes to the activities’ fields and save them. Also, you are allowed to delete the activity on your end.
How can I restrict a user from editing the activity?
Click on the invite icon on the activity module. A pop-up box will appear. All users with access to CRM Plus will be visible here. Assign the “can view” button to a user if you wish to restrict them from editing the activity.
What does it mean to assign full access permission to a user?
By allowing full access to a user, the user can create, edit and delete the activity without any restrictions from the system. The user with full access can check other users’ activities as well.
How can I create a new activity type?
By default, there are six types of activities: task, call, meeting, deadline, email, and lunch. You can create a new activity type. Change the calendar view to table format. Click on the activity type. A pop-up box will appear. Click on the “+” icon and enter the new activity type. You can also choose the label color.
Can I drag and drop the activity to different dates in the calendar view?
Currently, we do not have this feature. You will have to click on the edit icon to reschedule your activity to another date.
