Guide to Chhattisgarh Holidays 2022

Ever heard about a state in India that displays a unique combination of contemporary and traditional lifestyles?

Chhattisgarh, India's tenth largest state, appears in many stories that are part of two major Indian epics, Ramayana and Mahabharata. Chhattisgarh is surrounded by 7 other Indian states and is one of the most diverse states in India. More than one-third of the population is tribal in Chhattisgarh which is one of the very places which was formed on a cultural basis, unlike on a language basis.

The indigenous people and the Government of Chhattisgarh take great care to promote religious and authentic festivals the Teej Festival, Karma Jayanti, Hareli, Chhath Pooja, Cherchera Punni-Shakambhari Jayanti, International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples, and so many more.

Because of these celebrations, the Government has stipulated certain annual Chhattisgarh holidays in the state, besides public holidays, bank holidays, and restricted/unrestricted holidays. Here we will learn about Chhattisgarh holidays 2022 that will benefit the workers, students, government employees, and all others in calculating the number of paid holidays (in the case of employees/employers) that will be granted to them in their annual work tenure.
