Customer Success Executive

Job Location : Singapore

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate would be responsible for providing support on Deskera Applications to the end-user via different channels including, but not limited to, phone, email and ticketing systems, specifically:

  1. Provide customer service, support and technical guidance on product base: 1st line technical support via work procedures and test script and perform 2nd level technical fault analysis and escalate unresolved issues to product engineers
  2. Perform proactive selling and marketing of products: educate and inform customers of current or new product lines
  3. Handle customer needs via incoming mail, telephone, and electronic contact regarding organization’s products and/or services
  4. Data entry and update service records

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE / Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Display excellent customer service attitude
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good knowledge of information technologies and systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems
  • Should display flexibility while responding to business requirements with a strong sense of responsibilities and accountability in the work
  • Should be able to work with multiple teams for achieving customer delight
  • Should have troubleshooting and problem-finding skills
