Stockout management enables you to view real status of what items are wasted, expired, damaged, or used in sampling process. This allows management to monitor resource waste and resources used in non-sale scenarios. This information is essential to order track inventory and plan optimization of stock performance.
Key Features
Stockout Entry:
Stockout entry can be done if any store item has expired, been damaged, wasted or used for employee meal or for sampling. A finance user can add a negative quantity, for particular stores by selecting the Store from the drop down menu.
Stockout Report:
This report gives a comprehensive view of items that have highest stockout and can be run on a store-by-store basis. It provides real status of what percentage of items are wasted, expired, damaged, or used in sampling process. This allows management to monitor organizational resources and view analysis of product wastage and non-sale usage.
