Cycle Count
Efficiently configure, perform, schedule cycle counts for the Inventory Items.
Cycle count enables you to configure cycle count for all items of your organization. It allows you to track the movement of each item and sends notifications to management in case of any shortfall in the cycle count. System features, such as Inventory planning, along with cycle counts, result in optimization of stock performance. This reduces labor expenses in Inventory Management, and adjustment applications.
Key Features
Cycle Count Entry:
Cycle count entry enables you to add, edit, update count frequency for individual item. The Count Frequency is defined for each item in the Item Master. Then the list is populated based on the frequency set for the date in the Cycle Count Calendar. The Inventory levels and GL accounts are updated based on ad-hoc counts and Cycle Counts.
Cycle Count Report:
This report provides Itemized detailed view of the Cycle Count for each store. Cycle Count Amendment functionality is also included in this report. It enables Finance users to alter Cycle Count in case of any manual error.
Cycle Count Status Report:
This report provides the status of Cycle Count for each store for the selected business date. The status of Cycle Count can be pending or done. It allows you to track inventory and plan optimization of stock performance.
Cycle Count Monthly CSV:
This report, in the CSV format, provides customized detail view for the monthly cycle count. It eliminates unnecessary data entry by directly exporting the cycle count for the selected duration.
